Jesus fucking Christ man, I was about to sleep. This is going to give me nightmares again

I remember I had just starting getting interested in basketball a couple weeks before. Was watching the draft on my couch when I saw my very first woj-bomb. It was this.

LeGM at his finest!
Thank god Pelinka took control of the roster back from Bron and Jeanie.

This never happened. Never. Happened

We couldve had Buddy Hield instead and keep KCP, Alex Caruso and the 1st round pick smh 😂😂

That KCP loss really hurt

Why you do this man.

Why you gotta be bringing up old shit?

People forget this was the playoff run when KCP was scared to shoot when Bron passed him the ball. Kuz was hitting the side of the backboard looking like Amber rose. All that being said we still got rid of them too soon let alone give the wizards a 1st for Westbrick

one of the worst trades in lakers history. They gave up great bench value and solid 3&D in KCP, some throw away to match salaries with harrel and a pick! Just completely bonkers. At least it seemed like there was some good faith trade with the wizards for Rui
BusiestWolf
On the bright side, it turned into D’Angelo Russell and Jared Vanderbilt lol

Terrible trade

Has to be up there as one of the dumbest trades of all time. Beat Rockets the year before by leaving Westbrook open from 3.
“Hey guys we need some 3pt scoring, let’s get Westbrook”

I really wish it had worked, I remember being kinda excited. Him being from Long Beach and playing at UCLA, I was rooting for the guy. That’s gotta be the worst trade in laker history.

Still collecting receipts on those dumbfucks that thought this trade would work

I hope that people never forget this horrible offseason and one of the worst trades in history. A prime example of a superteam/forced by superstar trade gone wrong
