I have loved watching him develop. Super obscure, but he is low-key becoming butter smooth
With all due respect, I was not happy with your take. We have a guy who was surprised & appreciative of his opportunity with the Spurs.
I can’t identify with 1st round picks, but it was awesome hearing his story how he came from insignificant prospect to telling us the breakdown on draft night.
He talks abt Ginobilli and Duncan shared knowledge with him including life. His concerns his first year when he was having a tough start in G League thinking the Spurs may have cut him.
I liked him since draft night crying with his mom that he got signed by the Spurs on a two-way. Its an underdog story. Most of us who could not even dream abt going into the NBA can see something in this young man’s story. I loved the interview.
He did ball out. Looked great!
