[Medina] It seems inevitable the Toronto Raptors will deal Siakam. …They expect a strong deal for return in the form of quality rotation players, expiring contracts and draft picks, all qualities that help accelerate a rebuild.

The problem is that Massai is seeking like 3-4 picks for each player on the block lmao. Pascal and OG are both worth 1-2 picks each, anything more is an overpay.

Has masai lost his touch? No one wants to pay the price tag that he put on his players. He either needs to come down or fuck around and eventually let them walk for nothing

    Pascal to ATL.

    OG to NY.

Be patient. Masai is annoying, but not crazy. He knows that both OG and Pascal are free agents next year and keeping them won’t even get Toronto past the play-in. At the same time, if even one of them leaves for nothing, he probably loses his job since that will be the 3rd/4th player to walk out the door with Toronto getting no return.

Toronto is blowing it up, great to see.

Siakam somewhere, OG to the Knicks.

Send them IQ, Fournier and 1 pick.

Even that sounds like too much actually…

Siakam has become a bit underrated. He’s not worth an insane haul but he’s damn good and should net 2 picks and one or two good young players. However, I bet masai is asking for a Donovan Mitchell return, probably pointing to what Gobert netted. And I have a suspicion most GMs just don’t want to waste their breath and time doing business with him because he’s a real goddamn stickler.
