Make both decent shooting efficiency and be an average defender
or be elite in at least one (not gonna be defense tho)

Consistency and motor seem to be his issue. Not sure he can be an impactful rotational player here. If you don’t include Joe and Wiggins, there are still 10 guys above him on the roster IMO. He may need a change of scenery where there isn’t such a log jam for guards.
