I think Anthony Edwards is easily as talented as Kevin Durant, we stunted Edwards growth initially when he came into the league because of these other two superstars that needed their shots and then KAT concurrently began complaining to the refs too much which amounted to too many blown calls on those fouling Edwards…..😔
Ben, Anthony Edwards had an excellent season last year on all accounts, don't be too hard on our guy!
Many have mentioned that he already took a third-year leap last year, I don't know what leap you're looking for at this point for this year, but as I have littered this contention throughout the YouTube stratosphere, had this been Anthony Edwards' team from the very beginning (his rookie season), his field-goal percentage would be up compared to where it is right now, his points-per-game would be up compared to where it is right now and finally, his free throws would be up compared to where they are right now – Karl-Anthony Towns sucked Ant's developmental opportunities offensively, especially in his rookie year and his second year and that's the sad reality of the situation.. miraculously, this has not really fazed Edwards and, we all know he's going to take another leap this year, you don't have to worry about that, Ben, the man is elite..
I think you're just forgetting that he's an incredibly elite athlete, we've never had anyone on this team as elite athletically, save for Garnett… so, he will utilize his athleticism this year to get himself caught up to Durant..
during his rookie season, Kevin Durant had that whole sonics team to himself… there was no Karl-Anthony Towns that he needed to negotiate with had there been, his numbers would be where Edwards' are..

They're two different players at two different positions. It's not really a comparison other than how this World Cup could propel ANTMAN the same way it did for KD.
