The reports from the second joint practice between the Cleveland Browns & Philadelphia Eagles indicate the defending NFC champs won the day.
Deshaun Watson reportedly threw 3 INTs, but DW4 clapped back at a reporter who tweeted that saying it wasn’t true. The Athletic’s Zac Jackson said the Browns passing game has been inconsistent in camp, and the reaction online to that report has gotten out of control.
Dorian Thompson-Robinson is expected to start for the Browns tonight in the team’s third preseason tonight against the Eagles. It’s DTR’s first time playing against second teamers on defense. The guys give their predictions for DTR’s first start.

Comments are lumping Jason and Jay together but Jason has said several times over the past 18 months that he’s in favor of getting DW and that the Browns “had to do it”. Jay on the other hand, makes it no secret that he doesn’t like the move and has said on this show that he WOULDN’T do the deal. I think G or Bull pressed him on it and Jay couldn’t come up with an alternative plan that he would’ve gone with instead. Jay’s the only one who never fails to bring up the $230 mil, and when he was absent most of the summer, the contract hardly came up. He’s just so obsessed with justifying that contract in his mind when that’s the way the QB contracts have been trending. There’s a very good chance both Burrow and Lawrence can get more guaranteed money than him and, if Mahomes was up for an extension now, you know he’d be the highest paid QB with the most guaranteed money.
