  1. He's Thomas Bryant all over again. Good energetic player but not what the Lakers need. We need a true center. Jokic killed us in the playoffs. Need someone to put pressure on guys that big.

  2. If what you're saying is true, Trevor, we might want to wait a bit to see what other teams cut centers to see what we can get.

  4. Unless he could shoot I rather add our 2way big man he not interested at all I don't care he's 21

  5. As a spaniard, I'd love to see him with the purple and gold. As a laker as well 🤣.

  6. Castleton play set out paces Garuba but Biyombo out plays both guys BASED ON THE CURRENT LAKERS ROSTER NEED. Biyombo still the better short term asset.

  7. Are you serious? This is the worst post by this channel yet. Usman Geruba is only 6’8, not explosive and can not finish around the rim. Take this post down.

  8. NO! God damn it NO! We NEED a legit 7ft+ Center that won't get abused on the glass like our other undersized centers have. Ever since we lost our diversity at the position that was so crucial in us winning that chip in the bubble…management refuses to see that is our greatest need and have done NOTHING but over fix and screw up the roster. Last year we had way too many combo guards, this year wayyyy to many forwards. We only need the center because A.D. can't be relied on to stay healthy and he's too soft to play center himself for more than short stints…we should have traded him and LeGone while they still had value…instead here's the future. AD will spend most of the season in street clothes and further diminish in value becoming a massive un-tradeable contract. LeGone will decline more and demand a trade, forcing his way to wherever he wants which means we miss out maximizing what value he has left in a trade. We could have kept our young core, traded 2 declining star for a few strong pieces, more youth and picks…instead we are stuck being good, but not good enough to win another ring.

  9. 6-8 and not an athlete? You can be one or the other but not both. We’ve spent that last 2 or 3 years on dudes like that. Hard pass.

  10. He’s not big enough, 6’8”…6’11”+ that can shoot the three is what Lakers need.

  11. Thank you for all your work during the summer too!! I pray one day that you’ll be the next Stu!! 🎉❤

  12. We need a stretch 5 but he needs to be taller and more physical Garuba is like Montrezl Harrell its not the right fit
I would take Colin Castleton over him

  13. Get him! Ignore the casuals in the comments. He was drafted 5 mins ago and has gotten 0 mins. He's basically a lottery pick.

  14. Eh. I'mma pass. I'm sure he has potential. But, the Lakers need a "true" center, with size. Not a less athletic, but better shooting, version of Wenyen. Also, the Lakers already have a young/growing center in Hayes. Lakers need a more veteran/stable center, imo.

  15. Enough young guys lakers need another vet. Whos a vet on this team besides lebron and ad. Nobody to tell them when there wrong like what howard did

  16. For the 14th roster spot I wouldn’t totally dismiss his resume but I’d still like to see if a center capable of defensively rebuffing a Jokic like center emerges or at least capable to a certain impactful degree. That may be asking a lot though.

  17. Nope. If he aint a true Center I ain't excited about it!! Pass! You should know better Trevor. TRUE CENTER OR NOTHING.
