I didn't think I'd agree with an RJ at the SG take, but looking at the top 20 SG vs SF from last season, this might be a smart move. There are maybe 10 SG in the league that would scorch him on D, but he's bigger than all of them, so they'd have to guard him too. But on the SF side, he's way outclassed. Short of moving him off of the team entirely, a move to the backcourt might be the right thing to do.
Your RJ hype videos are horrible.. this is Fiba basketball.. 90 percent of them would not make an NBA roster.. Thibs don’t care and neither do I

Frank Ntilikina was amazing for France, but never had the same success in the NBA. Just because Germany and Spain "have some NBA talent on their team", doesn't mean that the competition is anywhere a level where you can make assumptions about how someone will perform in the actual NBA.

I don’t care about what RJ does in FIBA and I promise you that I know a lot more than you do.. for example.. you do realize that SGA isn’t going full speed and Jamal Murray isn’t even playing.. on top of that the level of competition is nothing to write home about.. relax and wait for the regular season to start so you and the rest of the hopefuls can make excuses about him only being 23 years old.. 👎🏽👎🏽

But he wont play the 2. Why? Because the 2 is taken by Grimes. He is the designated 2. Problematic. I agree if Knicks didnt have Grimes a real 2 guard who plays defense, then rj would be better at the 2. Provided that the Knicks had a real defensive 3 who could hit shots. Sad for RJ. I believe Grimes is the guy for Knicks just like the Knicks believe in Randle. RJ needs to be better at defense and decision making

Dude calm down, its FIBA. Exhibition basketball! Do you think SGA and the rest of the players in this tournament are playing at full speed? Hell no! It's exhibition. Don't get short sighted by him scoring. We know he can score. RJ'S problem is that he can't defend. He's a major liability on the defensive end. You want to really see if RJ has improved, forget his scoring. Look at his defense. This is the issue with RJ. He doesn't work as hard on his defense as much as his offense. If RJ would take a step or two forward on the defensive end, we would be in the ECF. We need RJ to step up defensively.
