My personal choice would be Shaq’s dunk on Chris Dudley (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0ICBi-ku-G0) back in a regular season game in 1999. Shaq basically dunked the ball like Dudley wasn’t even there, and then proceeded to shove him down afterwards.
What solidifies the play as the most disrespectful in NBA history (in my opinion) is Dudley, completely and utterly humiliated, throwing the ball at Shaq after the play.

I love the Shaq dunk because of how he kind of snakes his body on the rim so his junk flies perfectly into Dudley’s face. The shove is kind of incidental at that point. Dudley was going down from the force of Shaq’s Big Diesel regardless.
