I Can only speak on what I saw , 96,97,98….. Pacers. The only team that pushed the bulls to a game 7. Had it not of been for home court, could’ve lost, it was the best series I ever saw

Cavs had a great roster in the late 80s and early 90s. Detroit and New York were better defensively and were allowed to play a certain style that was more successful at the time.

Detroit and Indiana. Give the edge to Detroit because they beat the Bulls. Both squads were tough as hell

1. Celtics
2. Pistons
3. Magic
4. Cavs
5. Pacers
6. Knicks
7. Bucks
Keep in mind that the Bulls who were swept by the Celtics or Magic weren’t as good as the Bulls who needed seven games to beat the Knicks or Pacers. But you said the Jordan era, so I didn’t just count the Bulls at their best.
