What fanbase would have the most mixed feelings if its team drafted Bronny and LeBron subsequently joined them?

Inspired by this [tweet](https://x.com/celticslead/status/1698386382027116710?s=46&t=5JQbRcZWQpZLw5LzItR2Tw).

Scrolling through the replies/quotes, there’s Boston fans out there who hate the idea of LeBron as a Celtic.

What other team drafting Bronny to add LeBron would result in outrage from its fans? Before they eventually exalting Bron as the GOAT so they can claim the greatest to ever do it willingly played for their team?

Happy to contribute at least one off-season post. Thank you for your time.

  1. Bulls would be up there. There’s still some bad blood with the fanbse from the Cavs/Heatles years, plus there’s the MJ vs Lebron debate that people get heated about, plus it wouldn’t actually make the Bulls that much better in the short-term or long-term. Lebron would come here and immediately start to look like the 40 year old that he is and we waste a year or two doing his retirement tour as the most mid team in the league.

LeBronto would have a whole new meaning.

Any fan base that says they would have mixed feelings is full of shit. You’d accept lebron with open arms and you’d love the shit out of it.

  4. Otherwise_Form1315

Gotta remember, conservatives made Lebron a political wedge issue or tried to anyway. so the answer is very clearly Utah

    Celtics would be so weird

I think he’d just say screw it and retire even if Bronny came to Boston lmao

  6. 2020IsANightmare

    None. Lol.

It would literally be the best thing to happen to ANY franchise.

lebron will never play for the Celtics. There’s an unhealthy level of hatred on both sides here, I respect his accomplishments on the court but don’t respect him as a competitor.

Goes to Miami which was the easy way out, then bailed on them to rejoin the Cavs who somehow got like 3 number 1 picks in a row. Then gets gifted by the NBA with the Draymond suspension. Then leaves Cleveland and goes LA because he was gonna shoot a movie there. Fake intellectual fake tough guy and an absolutely crybaby bytch on the court, fu-k lebron

  8. KaiserKaiba

Celtics and Warriors fanbases. Answer would have included Lakers too had he never gone there

  9. flyingpandum

It’s definitely the Celtics. I’ve seen not one not two but crowds of people wearing a “LeBron Is a Bitch” t -shirt like it’s casual wear.

  10. Material_Unit4309

Spurs. Bulls. Pacers. Celtics. Clippers.Nuggets. Raptors.

  11. Weekly_Yesterday_403

Mavs. Let us not forget DWade and Lebron disrespecting Dirk in 2011

  12. Equivalent_Fox_1546

No mixed feelings here, LeBron stomped on every team one way or another, it’s just more high profile with us because the Raptors were always one of the better teams in the east during all those years so us losing to him was more in the spotlight, that and LeBronto goes well with Toronto, rolls off the tongue better than other city names, LeBoston etc 2019 healed all those wounds and without those losses to LeBron there is no eventual title for us.

  13. Everyone saying Warriors must’ve forgotten CP3 is now on the team. If we can accept CP3, we can accept LeBron.

If he goes to the Utah Jazz LeBron would be playing for Wade. Kinda quirky but by no means mixed feelings. Also don’t think the Jazz will have a 1st round pick this year….

Dude, Bronny just had a heart attack. Afterward, Lebron said he didn’t care if Bronny ever played in the NBA. Bronny was getting hyped in HS, but anyone who saw him play knows the hype was undeserved. At USC, there was no way he was playing over Collier, Ellis or Johnson. But he’s at USC, a great school for entertainment and film. He’ll concentrate on that. He’s never playing in the NBA.

I would literally cry tears of joy. Celtics fan not from Boston and Bron was my favorite non-Celtic and finding out how he hated us hurt. Then going to the lakers it’s just worse

    I want him

  17. MrBlonde1003

I for one would not have a problem with lebron coming to Boston. I bet he would rather retire than but on a Cs jersey. Shit he’d probably tell bronny not to work out for them à la Lonzo

  18. FreshSpence

I would certainly feel weird about him joining our team

  19. Chriscustomkicks

Celtics and then warriors. He owns Toronto but I’ve never seen any bad blood there against him. Raptors fans are usually really good sports when it comes to how he dominated them.

  20. BirdmanTheThird

Orlando since he said he would rather retire then play there

  21. Original-Common-7010

Its not about neotism but rather how old lebron is… if lebron was 29, every fanbase would be demanding that their team draft bronny

  22. chickenripp

not suns fans that’s for sure. Give me that Beal Booker Lebron KD Ayton starting lineup

  23. papi617

It’s the Celtics and it’s not close imo. That man has put me through the fucking blender as a fan.

  24. I think even LeBron doesn’t see himself in a Celtics uniform.

  25. silliputti0907

No fanbase is going to outrage from lebron joining their team. They will be sad for who’s out of the door to make it happen.

  26. FailOk8045

Utah jazz. LeBrons great but could he unseat John Stockton, Andrew Kirilenko, Gordon Hayward or lauri markkanen in their hearts? I just don’t think he has that *it* factor jazz fans desire
