It probably has something to do with them sharing a building with the lakers. With the nba having obvious favoritism for the Lakers and every team that lebron james is on , it will always get them a better schedule.
It should be noted that some of the scheduling is due simply to them sharing an arena with the Lakers. Windhorst Touched on it. Apparently they literally get second choice to the lakers on all scheduling matters.
in 2016 the Raptos played 20 playoff games in 39 days. The CLippers had a cream puff schedule. The Clippers played 7 games in 16 days. LOL.
Didn't the other team play in those games? So you need rest, but the team that beat you didn't? Boi yall don't playing attention it's the playoffs
Clippers have a few things going against them, mainly sharing the arena with one of the NBA’s major franchises which also is a major entertainment arena. And in a capitalist society the money generating entities get preferential treatment.
Kings had terrible luck as well they will have stretches of games where every game they have is a different timezone. Might not be most miles but constant time zone change for a 7 game stretch where you have some of those games being back to back is brutal not to mention where one game will be a late game next game is an early game on top of time zone change. I think some teams are set up for failure while others seem to have more going their way so they can compete for a ring easier.

Stephen a smith said on his podcast before that the reason the clippers had that schedule last season was because of ratings the lakers an warriors had a higher chance for better ratings so they got the better time slots for there games it makes sense but the problem is that the clippers are injury prone so it seems like oh they picking on them

As a long over 30yrs fan this team has always been screwed so it’s not surprising to me and I agree with you on the national televise games clippers don’t deserve but go back and look at the other teams on load management it’s almost the same if not the same why are the clippers being singled out? The media is the one that points them out and that’s why everyone believes the clippers are the only ones load managing beside the clippers are the only team that gets more back to back games than any other team every year

People work 9-15 hours a day 7 days a week sometimes and these nba players is complaining on working 2 hour every two days. Am I’m missing something here🤦🏾

It makes complete sense that the Clippers get an especially awful schedule compared to the Lakers because they're both leaving the arena and the third tenant of the building. What it does show, though, is that the Clippers need their own building more than anyone in the NBA. The new journey starts once this upcoming season ends.😊
