I think rui will be better for us this season because of better chemistry with more time together and training camp. Wood better than tt no question. Schroeder and Vincent is a close one. I’ll just say it’s a wash right now cuz I haven’t seen much of Vincent besides playoffs for heat last season which he was good. Christie definitely has the potential to be better than Lonnie but I’ll go with Lonnie until I see it. I’ll take prince over Troy.

Its without a doubt an upgrade.
Rui has spent his entire offseason with Phil.
Wood is better suited for today’s nba than TT. Even Hayes is better than TT now.
Gabe is a better shooter and as good as DS defensively maybe slightly worse. But Gabe’s no slouch.
Prince is literally a better version of TB in every aspect.
Only thing is we’ll miss lonnie’s firepower off the bench but Christie’s size and defense will make up for it.

Next season can only go up in my opinion. Look at what we achieved after the trade deadline! We retained all of those core pieces which were the main contributors to that success who are going to a full training camp together and get to play out a full season instead of just winging it like they did at the end of last season.

Just having Wood and Hayes over TT (virtually no backup center) is a major upgrade. ADs offensive production at times was inconsistent, and i always believed that it was due to how much he was asked to do without a competent backup big man. He was our sole productive big man (once Bamba went down) and anchored our defense, was the best defender in the NBA playoffs, and was expected to also be the focal point of our offense, all while not having a single big man capable of giving him a breather without a major drop off.
