We are lucky that Yugoslavia was destroyed by Cia .they would of destroyed the USA. Serbia is god retribution in basketball

Zach Edey went 9/9 in this tournament. we have a good big man coming up that will be needed for teams like Serbia with strong bigs.
I knew they were going to try to take SGA out of the game early both refs & Serbia. When they did that it forced others into positions they were not comfortable with. Guard play was missing when Shai had to sit. Needed more discipline on D.
Probably will be Canada vs Germany for bronze, would be nice to put Dennis ego in check right quick before he comes play for the raptors 😂 don't come to Toronto trying to tell us whats up when you cant get past our fiba team.
Im happy we got in the Olympics. This team didn't have Jamal or Wiggins who are both Champs, Chris boucher won 1 with the Raps too even though he didn't do much. Mathurin can ball. This team is going to be nasty come Olympics.

Mann if this big mouth Dillon Brooks would just shut his mouth and let his game speak for itself these Kat’s wouldn’t just turn it on us because they would play us with respect. This is a man sport so when you are a big mouth your opponent goal and only goal is to shut you up.
People dont realize that talent alone will not win you FIBA games unless your team USA. This Canadian team is relatively young and they haven't played together for long. We only got our coach 2 months before the tournament, so this is still impressive. We got what we wanted which is qualify for the olympics
This team played great throughout the tournament. They exceeded everybody’s expectation . Shai is MVP and I wish he played for raptors . Dillon and RJ were great and captain Kelly played with heart ❤️. They still have a chance for bronze 🥉.
Just woke up from my post game nap. Serbia was nice and we couldn't defend their bigs without fouling. Those options in the post we couldn't stop gave Bogdonovic outs he needed to have a killer game like this despite the pressure Brooks and Dort were putting on him. They were going after Shai specifically because they noticed he's been reaching all tournament. Stylistically it was like the next level version of the Brazil game. We were getting killed on the boards and I felt we really needed Zach Edey today especially with the foul trouble making Kelly and Norman Powell play passive at certain points. Don't blame the coach for not going to him though as trusting a 21 year old on this stage isn't reasonable.
Bummed at the loss but there's still a game to play and somebody is going have to feel this frustration in the bronze medal game.

Brooks and Shai will inspire alot of kids. the Brooks hate is crazy he realy just a confidante person 😂 and i think if we came with that kinda beliefs we will be stonger.

4:45am start won Serbia the game canada was running on Serbian time. Serbia can't be taken lightly, I wanted to draft 19 yo 6 foot 8 nikola djurisic but people kept telling me Serbian League are behind in talent, I knew they were underrated
fiba was a fun exhibition. I'm ready to begin watching real basketball when the nba season starts 😪

Canada vs USA for the Bronze medal. We will end up getting the game we wanted… But we have to come back strong for the Olympics and get North America back on top! USA and Canada for the Olympics final with our full rosters

I guess the USA in the finals comments didn't age well eh? I saw both games and they were both very entertaining, but I gotta say. The US did a better job than Canada. But I'm happy we get the "American final" so we can al brag properly after it haha
