After his 24th career Grand Slam win at the US Open today, Novak Djokovic wore a “Mamba Forever” T-shirt as a tribute to Kobe Bryant

[Video from the US Open official Twitter account](https://twitter.com/usopen/status/1701018797476635029?s=46&t=nMNlxFK7ubxYb-ajBNkqVA)

The shirt says “Mamba Forever” and has a picture of Kobe and Novak together. On the back, it has “24” for his 24th grand slam win and Kobe’s jersey.

Novak has said in the past that Kobe was a big mentor to him. [At the French Open this year, he had said “Mamba Mentality, Kobe Bryant” being the reason why he knew he would win his 23rd grand slam that day.](https://twitter.com/NBCSports/status/1667942037549727744?s=20)

Damn, thought he would rock the Anthony Fauci shirt.

Here’s to all the vaxxers that got scammed by Fauci and Bill Gates (a marketing guy and wannabe medical doctor). They promised a vaccine that will prevent infectiousness and some studies now are showing that it might have even accelerated spread of the virus. Stay gullible you fools and continue to lick the boots of your overlord billionaires. Novak #24. Best athlete to have ever taken a breath on this earth goat 🐐

I like federer and nadal more… but this man’s the goat.

Also, nice tribute to 24. I’m sure the comments will be civil

He probably would have won at least four more tournaments had countries allowed him to play during covid. He also would not have endangered anyone there due to his choice not to take the vaccine. Puppet theater at its finest. Nice tribute by the goat.

Kobe would have got the vaccine.

Can you just imagine how dull those convos with must’ve been with Kobe, one of the phoniest athletes I’ve ever listened to. The entire mamba persona was a character he adopted to whitewash his image after the rape trial. Novak had nothing to learn from him.
