Space Jam 3: Olympic Edition
Hard to say what Lebron/KD are gonna look like next year. USA definitely needs more team-oriented defensive minded players.
They need to start looking at team composition moreso than just big NBA names. Like, there’s a very possible situation where a guy like Jarrett Allen is more valuable than KD on an olympic roster. They need more guys like him, Bam, Draymond Green, guys that can just fit into a system and be defensive forces without having to control the ball. I thought this years’ roster was definitely lacking in interior defense – I think you sub out Ingram/Kessler for Jarrett Allen/Bam and they win gold.
This is all for naught once we see LeBron hobble & play through an injury throughout the 2024 playoffs for the Lakers & eventually announcing he’s gotta rest for his 2025 retirement tour.
