Nick Richards is better than Kai…at center. Richards is a better rim protector and rebounder, that's what the team needs from the center position. But if we talk about Kai and Nick as a wing players then Kai is better, but the Hornets have wings better than Kai.

Last thing on the immaturity issue. If Mitch or the ownership team step up and say: "Next player that acts like a child and gains public attention for it is suspended for at least 5 games for conduct detrimental to the team." That should solve things. Accountability.
