Dwight, CP3, Klay, Steph and Draymond would be a crazy team in 2017
I honestly hope this doesn’t happen. Could come in and play Jokic tough for 6 quick fouls.
The Warriors were picking between Dwight and Tony Bradley it seemed like. I think the vets would rather have Dwight and trust Dwight more. I think it’s pretty even in terms of on court production, but Dwight is probably even now still the better athlete and thus better offensive threat as a play finisher, so I’d give him the edge. Would love to see him back. I also love to see traditional centers making a comeback again on benches.
The bad thing about Dwight is locker room.
The good thing about him is that he knows the correct play and what to do, even if his body may not keep up. That’s a big difference compared to the young squad last year, who was very athletic but looked lost on the court.

This locker room is going to be interesting. I could see awkward silence being common after Draymond or CP call out Dwight for being a general tool. Then Dray and CP arguing just because that’s what they do.
How long til Dray and CP get tired of his antics.
Pretty crazy how good of shape Dwight stays in. Not sure if many people would’ve predicted him still being in the league at 38 considering his injury history.
Can you imagine CP3 and Dwight being your back-ups.

Regardless if he gets signed or not, you can’t deny his work ethic. He’s still in freakishly great shape and conditioning for his age.

I watched some of Dwight’s highlights in Taiwan…if they plan to have him as a vibe or deliberate fouls guy, sure. But there’s no question he’s been washed as hell. Lots of people say Rudy gets played off the court; what do they think is gonna happen with Dwight?
They always need rebounding.
They’ll have a solid C rotation with Dwight, Looney, Garuba, Draymond or Saric.
Last test before signing : can he take a Draymond punch to the face?
If he doesn’t immediately start complaining about not getting enough touches in the paint, then this life is not fair 🙁
