The Hoop Genius podcast is top quality, Mo and BJ are a great balance, no hot take nonsense. BJ’s knowledge from player, to front office to agent is remarkable – and Mo is a great host/presenter with superb BBIQ himself

70% of NBA first round picks turn out to be busts, REGARDLESS of hype.
In fact, it's worse when the hype is so huge it's just ridiculous, it puts more pressure on the young player to perform and live up expectations.
And the hype can be so nonsensical that people ignore the player's difficiencies. Like with Wemby, people just ignore that he's terrible at defense.
