About Mitchell trade: those who are more in know with the Jazz have said that Lauri and Sexton were non-negotiables in the deal if Cavs wanted to get Donovan. I don't know if they would have been able to negotiate more on the other stuff. Though you need to remember that they had offered stuff before the negotiations with Cavs or in the beginning of them (I don't remember the exact timing). So they probably had quite good idea what Utah had turned down already 😃
