  1. Hey Bro, Absolutely! He's not headed for All NBA so give him a role and let him go. I say put 6'9" 225 lb Deni at PF. Let Kuz run the 3 next to Poole and Tyus….Deni will bang and beat his man all over the court with no pressure…👍

  2. Encourage his coast to coast fast brakes, they almost always end out with scoring or an amazing successful assist.

  3. No! He hasn’t proven himself yet. This new management ain’t gone do it anyway. They need to see if he’s going to be worth it. Has he proven he’s worth big money?? Answer me! Exactly… 😶😶😶😶

  4. Brandon. That kind of money that he is going to want for only being able to play. Defense is not worth resigning him.

  5. He has not worked on his craft and got it to a point where he adds value to the team as a score or 3 point shooter

  6. I would love to trade him for another first round pick. You say he needs the ball but he’s not a point guard. They have point guard and two guards that can handle the ball.

  7. The person they should have resigned was Rui Hachimura. We are doing too much to accommodate Deni For lack of performance and consistency with shooting and his play

  8. @darrel hardy – Deni hater.

The biggest problem with Deni is that he does not have an NBA ego….. he is a great role player for a winning organization and I am guessing front office knows this, therefore will extend him.

As much as I want to see him start, with ego KUZ and JP, hes better off utilizing the second unit and run, hard for me to see how with these 2, anyone will develop

Also – Wes is a horrible horrible coach with no feel for the game and no feel for players so this year will be a waste of time for the whole team unless he goes as well.

  9. He is still very young with some precious experience. He will be a nice asset for any team – he is really solid all around, great defense, great attitude, great character. So I believe that resigning him would be great because he always has a trade value

  10. don't forget keeping your Israeli biased viewers like myself happy lol.
i also think it depend on what he does this year. he can be a border line all star, if he gets his chance and find a good mental space to do what he can on a daily bases or can find himself out of the league if his mental state and luck of opportunities keep his offence unreliable and roll undefined. for good and for bad he got a high ceiling but lots of luck and work to get there.

  11. Now that Poole is in the mix, no point in putting Deni in the pg position. At point guard, however, I think Deni is most polished. We've seen him thrive in that position in a few games early on. But, reality is reality–and Poole is an excellent choice for that position. Really impressed by JP.

As far as Deni's upside, I really think you have to re-watch his highlights against Boston last season in the last head to head between the Celtics and Wizards. He's very good when he drives to the bucket, and he's only been gelling in that department in the second half of his second season. I'm not a big Kuz fan, so I'd prefer Deni had the ball more often. I think the problem is that Wes doesn't use him effectively, doesn't give him the chance to move beyond his rebounding prowess. The kid's got game.
