It's not the Bucks that should be looked into for tampering, it's ESPN. ESPN always has an agenda to get star players out of small markets and into big markets. The ESPN talking heads have been putting it out there for years that Dame should leave. This trade stopped what they were going to do with Giannis this year. Everyday it was going to be a story of Giannis wanting out to go to the Lakers, but this trade ruined that for now.
