Assuming this series will continue until it’s concluded with all 30 teams, I’ll be doing a 2k simulation with all 30 squads, and reacting as it all goes down.

Love this idea!! I hope it is popular enough to keep going! I also hope you keep this series going until at least the Bulls. I feel like that would give you the best upper level indicator for this series.
It’d be interesting if no player can be on two teams. No Wilt available on the Lakers team and no Barkley for the Suns.
Great list, but I would go Dana Barros over James Harden in the last spot. Barros only played 2 years on the Sixers but Harden hasn’t even played that.
Barros was a far more efficient shooter, especially in 1995 when he was an All-Star. He shot .490/.464/.899, had 3 rebounds, 7.5 assists, 1.8 steals, 3 turnovers and scored 20.6 points per game. I understand the allure of Harden but the 6’ers version is 33 years old, less efficient and often injured. He gets more rebounds but some of that is attributed to the large number of 3-pointers taken in today’s game. As Harden famously says, “Long shot, long rebound”.

I would’ve had Dikembe over Embiid. Defense would have been more of a help. You have more than enough offense with Moses & Wilt as big men.
I get why… but it just feels so weird to hear Moses Malone coming off the bench😂😂😂… great team…. personally… (And I'm not too bullish on this)…. I'd like to find a way to get Kyle Korver on the team… not that he's the most talented… but i like the idea of someone who can keep the defense honest… although… he's a bit of a ghost on defense admittedly

Great series idead, looking forward to seeing the other franchises. I was really expecting to see Iguodala on that list. His versatility would have been a great addition to this squad. Dude had amazing defense, was a good scorer especially in the open court and was a low key good passer as well.

I would replace James Harden with forward Chet Walker from those '60s teams. Walker played seven productive seasons in Philly (although his best years were with the Bulls), whereas Harden has only played two so far. And I sure hope you get around to doing the Boston Celtics.
