It would have to be a 3 team trade for Jrue in order to make it work. The Bulls can trade DeMar to a 3rd team, Blazers trade Jrue plus a draft pick from the 3rd team to the Bulls. Portland receives Dalen Terry and draft pick from 3rd team.

Unless front office becomes feverish and pay 37 million, and Holiday wants to play for 6 more years then yes, not to mention what we would have to give up.
