Nobody wanted Herro, not in a direct Portland/Miami Trade OR as part of a three/four way trade. Jrue is a better flip option. End of.
Milwaukee didn’t get him for “nothing,” they got him for what the Blazers wanted, which meant getting a 3rd team involved. Miami had months to do the same but had a “take it or leave it, you have to send him to us no matter what” attitude.
