Cronin really never wanted to send him here. Dame is a professional and he gets to play with Giannis but I know he’s sick. He really wanted us smh

There’s very little doubt in my mind that Ayton was grouped with the Bucks trade just so that Cronin wasn’t walking back with Jrue and a first plus 2 swaps. Now Ayton is associated with the “Dame trade” and it makes that trade look A LOT better than it was. Idiots are constantly grouping Ayton in.
I wouldn’t be surprised that when Jrue is traded, Portland takes back bad contracts or just players teams want to get off of (like Ayton) to boost the appearance of that trade as well.
Cronin has been petty and unprofessional but he plays the PR game. From over the talk rhetoric about building around dame…while doing the opposite….to the crap you can tell was constantly leaked.
