I get where he’s coming from but the more appropriate analogy would be u had a perfect first 13 days of the honeymoon then on the 14th day u find out that ur partner has a gambling problem and maxed out their credit cards

That’s incredible support for DLo. You don’t see it a lot from GMs after their own player’s completely shit the bed. Ex Ben Simmons that made him spiral out of the Sixers. Coaches, players, throwing his ass under the bus.
I’ve always been a fan of DLo and yeah if he just had his normal games against Denver, Lakers would probably be champs rn but just having support from the team and other players to believe in you like this is big for a players confidence to bounce back.
