    As much as i loved Jrue as a person and as a player, John Horst is a literal god for pulling this off. The fact that he even thought to not involve Giannis in the decision as to a)not risk Giannis "canceling" the trade due to his love for Jrue and b) protecting Giannis' personal relationship with Jrue in the case of Giannis understood that Dame was the best pairing he could EVER have and "aprooving" the trade, is just the icing on the cake. HATS OFF MR HORST

    This still feels surreal to me. My 2 favorite players are now teamed up on my favorite team. Their skillsets and personalities really are a perfect fit, been saying it for years. Really going to miss Jrue, but it's Dame Time. Cannot wait to see them together along with Middleton and Brook on the court. Going to be a really fun season.

    We will miss the assists and defense of jrue, for sure…and how about damian and khris co-existing on the same court? I deplore this move as a bucks fan. Our loss in portland's gain, i wish jrue all the best in oregon.

    What most NBA fans refuse to understand is that defense wins titles. By trading jrue and getting damian the bucks lose in that department. Sure, we get an exciting if moody scorer but can or will he play defense like jrue did?
