I was more mad at paying smart for 50 games of porzingis especially since he’s only ever been good on bad teams at least jrue has been to the top and has experience winning at high levels and with dame in Milwaukee Derrick white and brogdon weren’t doing it rob Williams is always hurt and his game relies on athleticism which deteriorates with injuries to lower extremities

This has to be a big middle finger to Dame from Portland making it way harder to reach the finals and trading a star player to Boston who has a bone to pick. They could have traded Jrue anywhere. Well at least he'll still be wearing green, just no cream.

I’m excited!!! Smart and Williams will be missed but Jrue is definitely what they have needed for a long long time. Best trade in years for the Celts! They are finally a true Championship Team!!! Go Celts!!! Thank you Brad!!!
My problem with this trade is I think we have up too much but then again these two guys are Injury prone

A team full of soft nice guys that will get run over by a strong willed team. Williams was the last Dawg on the team after Smart and Grant left. Jrue is not a playmaker and after he was embarrassed and destroyed by Jimmy on defense good luck. The Bucks with Holiday were awful in the half court.

People keep forgetting bucks traded him away cause he was unreliable offensively for 3 years, especially in the playoffs. And the guy just got absolutely torched in the playoffs haha . You traded brogdon 2 firsts and Robert Williams for that
