Jesus Christ.. we got our front court from Nurkic/eubanks to ayton/timelord tied up for next 3 years

  2. CumAssault

I was low on the trade until I saw Toumani Camara was included. Now I think the Blazers fleeced everyone

They fumbled this hard. Herro and 2 firsts was the best deal they could have gotten.

All that for 1 Gerald Wallace isn’t so bad at all

Absolutely insane haul tbh, especially given the situation they were put in.

My first instinct was “What are they gonna do with 2 starting level centers in Timelord and Ayton”, but now I’m actually thinking it’s gonna be perfect because Ayton will likely gladly move over to the 4 considering he hates the responsibilities of being a center

Honestly hilarious that the Heat lowballed the Blazers and they just make their two chief rivals in the conference that much better

  7. BlvckDeku

Shoutout to the Blazers for making it big out of this trade.

  8. logone22

I was wrong about the blazers getting fleeced

  9. UrbanJatt

Giannis gonna feast against Boston front court now.

  10. Vackrich

But is there tyler herro + 3 FRP from heat and about to be multiple time MVP JOVIC?????!!

  11. bullpaw

Honestly close to the absolute best package you could ask for from a 33 year old who immediately tanked his value by specifically demanding one team

Boston made a mistake. They did not need more backcourt depth. They’re underestimating Derrick White’s ability to be a starter.

Their big men are so injury prone they needed that 3 man big line up to face Jokic.

  13. Turbo2x

I was told that they didn’t trade with Miami out of pure spite though

  14. kaiWarDun

heat fans were taking it personal 😭 thier trade package was just not as good lol

  15. JabezMakaveli

    Unfortunately, pat riley got finessed

  16. BetweenTheBuzzAndMe

I’m jealous of teams that actually trade their vet stars to set up their future instead of just letting everyone walk in free agency and rebuild with nothing but their own picks.

Time Lord and Brogdon probably get moved again for younger players/picks but Portland is looking good now.

  17. benngold123

They’re also gonna flip Brogdon for something I’m sure

  18. Hot_Cheese_

This is dumb for the Celtics. They’ve lost 3 defensively capable with at least 2 of them all NBA level all because of the clippers and Brogdon. Not to mention 2 first round picks. What the heck is left in the front court?!

  19. SnooGuavas650

Blazers got significantly younger and created flexibly. This is a huge win for them.

Miami fucked up lol they were playing around like they already had Dame and now just watched TWO teams in the east who they have had to in the last few playoff runs reinforce and get better

  21. IHave580

That’s a pretty fucking great return.

  22. AllOutRaptors

Lmao that is SO much better than the Heat package its not even funny. But they still did the trade just to spite Miami right?

  23. Prestigious_Team3134

Not gonna lie that’s a hella good return when you consider they also got off of dames 50+ million per year contract

  24. TechnicianWeird7593

Alright I’m ready to concede, this is significantly better than anything we could’ve offered.
