Love what he said about the modern NBA being so young that its "kids leading kids". Front offices dont keep vets around for their intangible locker room knowledge and the things they can teach these young guys as an OG of the league who command respect. Grizzlies missing that, Houston missing that, Detroit missing thaat. Yeah these guys end becoming coaches and assistants but its nothing like a guy being on the bench and on the roster with you to chop it up with and learn from.
This man has so much wisdom. He will be such a good impact on the grizz
