The rumor mill is oddly spinning quickly as we get closer to training camps opening around the NBA. The Orlando Magic certainly makes some sense to go after a player like Buddy Hield. But it is also very clear, the Magic choice to continuity this offseason and do not seem ready to make the big move to reshape the roster.

Continuity is so important in team sports, I can't stress this enough. I'm happy Weltman went that route. That said, I would trade Gary Harris for Buddy Hield only if I knew he would stay on a reasonable contract without being a problem next year, because he's exactly what we needed last year…
I had a Magic rebuild on 2k and Hield was NASTY!!
I'm glad we kept most our guys. Would've like to keep Bol for a bit longer if possible, but it is what it is. JI if healthy is a much better use of a roster spot. I wish we got Dame. That's someone I could get behind spending $ on.
