Their over/under on wins is 28.5. That is tempting to go the over on it, but I don’t think they are a play-in team either for sure.

he’s gonna be happy coming off the bench behind those young guys? doubt.

“We want to have Malcolm come here and be a part of this,” Cronin told reporters in Portland. “He can bring some good on-court intangibles for us and also as a veteran, which is something we’re going to need. We have a very young roster. I want to make sure there’s enough veteran leadership around these guys.”

Portland does have all them bikini coffee shops. Maybe that’s enough for Brogdon to stay.

He’s only 30 and can give them 19, 5 and 5 if he can stay healthy and get starter minutes.

Crazy to think Malcolm was probably a big reason for why the trade got done. If he’s happy in that role he really is one of best guys you can look up to on/off the court for leadership and playing the game the right way.
I’m probably just being petty but I also feel like Cronin and the Blazers wanted to double up with two middle fingers as a fuck you to Miami…trading Dame to the Bucks and then Jrue here, for all that openly tampering and bullying the Heat tried to pull off. They wanted both guys and lost them to their biggest EC foes. Lmao
