Why the hell would you trade any assets for Jrue Holiday??? Yea he is a decent player but he is aging and limited offensively in a playoff setting. Jrue is not the defensive player he was 5 years ago, his defensive rating has dipped form 108 to 112 the past few years. Also getting Holiday DOES NOT make you better then Boston or Milwaukee.
I will tell you why the Clippers rather have Harden. Because The Clippers wouldn’t be liable for any money after this year with Harden. Jrue could still have another year of Max money with his player option.
The problem with the jrue holiday deal is that Portland is trying to deal him for young assets and draft picks which we don't have. Portland isn't going to take Tobias Harris or James Harden for him anyone thinking otherwise is fucking delusional. Portland will inquire about maxey and if they don't get him they'll move to another team that gives them what they want. Raptors Boston and Miami have a better shot at landing him than the sixers do. At this point we should just accept we aren't winning nothing this year and just let tobi and harden contract expire. Or trade embiid for a haul which sixers won't do neither.
I would like a multi team trade for Holiday but do the Sixers have to wait 60 days before Holiday is allowed to be traded in a multiple player trade if its not 1 player for 1 player

Portland essentially turns Jrue Holiday into 2 expiring contracts(Batum ends his career with the team that he started it all with). Plus they get more draft picks and Furkan Korkmaz who would probably shine in a place like Portland.
