Jerome is the type of signing where missing on it is almost a non-issue and hitting on it could significantly raise the ceiling of the team, at least in the regular season

Loved his game at Virginia, controls pace, makes the right decision, good shooter, only issue is athletic deficiencies which his size helps offset

We needed to add players who open up driving lanes and make the right decision quickly and we’ve done that on paper
Add Ty to the Blazers and he doesn’t move the needle at all, add him to a team like the Cavs and he could have an outsized impact
