Found this old playoff ticket from 2005. Hard to believe a ticket could be $10 back then.

I was rummaging through an old box of stuff at my parents’ place when I found this guy. My dad brought me to the first and only playoff game I‘ve ever been to. It was Pierce’s Celtics vs Reggie Miller and the Pacers, Round 1 Game 1. C’s were the 3 seed and Indiana the 6, and Boston won this game, though they’d drop the series in 7. I don’t remember much about this game, I was a little kid at the time, but I distinctly remember them giving out free inflatable noise makers and the Fleetcenter going crazy (it feels so weird not calling it the Garden). Not the craziest relic, especially being pre-Big 3 2000s, but I thought you guys might find it kinda cool.

Times really have changed lol. I just paid over $100 for preseason Celtics at Knicks.

TD used to have $10 tickets at the back of both ends of the balconies (this includes 308). My friends and I would sometimes buy tickets and head down in the late 90s/early 00s when we couldn’t afford anything else.

Surprised they were still doing this with playoff tickets (ours were always regular season) and also surprised that row 9 was included in this. That’s not exactly all the way back.

Well now we pay JB 300million so that ticket is now $250 lol

Not sure about this but possible I guess. I had worse season tickets to the Bruins in the mid 90’s that were $19 for regular season games.

How much would that ticket cost now? Regular season and 1st game of the 1st round?
