Paul George Says He’s Back To Being A Bully This Season

Paul George is entering his 5th season as a member of the LA Clippers. It has been such a roller coaster ride for the likely Future Hall Of Famer entering his 14th season. Through injuries, playoff collapses, and a heroic 2021 history making playoff run, George is already seen as one of the greatest players in franchise history. He was recently the cover of the latest edition of Slam magazine and said some things about his approach heading into the new season.

In this episode, die hard Los Angeles Clippers fan and Host Darian Vaziri reacts to Paul George saying that he is back to being a bully this season and what it means. He also dives deeper into the interview, talks about Steve Ballmer’s recent appearance on Podcast P and what he said about the Intuit Dome. In the end, he breaks down the Devin Booker Paul George beef that people are speculating that Paul was referring to in one of his answers in the Slam interview.

  1. Indiana took a toll on him too. Pacers front office is mediocrity personified. He should have requested a trade way sooner than he did. He had AD ready to come to the pacers. Pacers front office said “no”.

  2. Russ knows how to challenge pg to get the best out of him.. just refer to his mvp caliber season with okc. Between his chemistry with the team, Ty lue constantly empowering him, and Brodie on the roster a full season… I believe what he is saying

  3. LAST SEASON HE SAID THE SAME THING.HE SAID HE WAS LOCKED IN. PG TEND TO OVERATE HIMSELF. HE IS COOL BUT I THINK HE SHOULD BEEN TRADED BEFORE THIS SEASON.

  4. I’m rooting for Paul George to succeed. But man. It seems like before every season he has something to say. He needs to just let his game talk for him. It’s pretty old to be honest.

  5. This is the same guy that said when he first got traded it’s championship or bust, they lose in the bubble and then it’s we knew this was like a 2 year process, I’m a 2 way player but never guards the best players, just shut up and let your game do your talking and STOP settling for jumpers

  6. Don't take nothing what PG says seriously, did he not say something similar last season and the season before? The man always talk, talk is cheap. PG13 starts every season scorching hot, by Christmas he starts to slightly decline, by all star break the decline is obvious and by march you are wondering will he be ok for the playoffs. We need to see action, he has been too passive since leaving OKC and i just don't believe a thing he says. Was it the season before last where he said he will be better than his "mvp season" in okc? Take his words with a grain of salt.

  7. My issue with the quote is that that should have been his mentality every season, and every game. If you even have to say that that means you weren't mentally there in the past or trying hard enough to dominate. I don't think he has that mentality, you either innately have it or you don't, and he doesn't. I don't think it's just confidence, he just isn't that #1 guy and he has said that many times. He must have heard enough people tell him that he shouldn't be that way so now he's saying he'll change his mentality but I personally don't think you can just do that. Maybe I'll be wrong.

I can't even imagine Kawhi saying that because he ALWAYS is a bully on the court and has that mentality.

  8. PG always sets himself up but I digress. The bottom line is the clips need to trade for jrue. We finally have the opportunity to improve this roster in a positive way this offseason. The pressure is on Lawrence Frank these next couple days

  9. I agree Darian. Best OWNER in the league and possibly the whole sports world!!
    Great show as always🔥🔥 🔥
