The Toronto Raptors NEW Plan Is Confusing…

The Toronto Raptors, and their plan for the future, is really confusing right now.

  1. They should have traded fvv when they could have. Lots of plans, big ideas but ultimately it’s hard to get players who want to be in Canada. So no commits until too late on some players, waiting on others who won’t come.

  2. Since kawhi left Toronto they just seem to be slowly fading. They have had some good upside in the past few years but haven't really done anything of note.

If I were a player on the raptors I'd probably want to leave as soon as possible. They really need to make some moves.

  3. I'm excited for the blazers rebuild but somebody needs to talk about Billups as HC. They're now on the same timeline as San Antonio but I don't see really any comparison between Chauncey and Pop.
Hope they attract a serious upgrade in the coming season.

  4. You have a lot of questions about Toronto because you have consistently shown to be very ignorant about the team.

  5. btw we didnt lose fred van vleet he was awfull last yr n we would never pay him what he got we win more games this yr with him gone cya

  6. Thanks for making a video regarding the Raptors.

The Raptors front office is confusing. One thing they're doing well is making their fanbase oay through the nose for tickets and TV subscriptions (Rogers and Bell, Canada's largest media corporations also owns 75% of MLSE which owns the Leafs and Raptors). So to answer your possible question, the Raptors are trying to gauge their fanbase fir as much molla 💰 as possible (whike avoiding the NBA luxury tax at all costs!!).

  7. I was honestly scared when I heard Toronto was in the running for trade destinations for Dame. I knew they'd have to give up a ton to get him and Lillard would have almost zero chance at contention there.
    So glad it didn't happen.

  8. They’re on borrowed time, they should have already traded OG, everyone knows he’s leaving and the longer you wait the less you’ll get. Teams are only getting a 1 year rental right now. His value was highest last season to trade, but the Raptors management was delusional thinking their core was going to stay. The fact that’s it’s even a possibility they lose Siak and OG at the end of this season for nothing is damning for the competency of the management. Even if they kept their team together from last season, it was going nowhere. They should at least start compiling picks and young guys to build around Barnes.

  9. Masai Ujiri has lost his fastball If Siakum n Annuoby leave for nothing in free agency he deserves to be fired The Raptors need to put a competent team around Barnes with the core fitting his timeline I believe OG leaves in free agency Siakum is never going to be the best player on a championship roster He’s 2nd or 3rd on a championship roster imo Toronto front office seems too indecisive ijs

  10. If we are not a top 6-7 teams this yr siakam is getting moved before the deadline, i strongly believe that. OKC should entertain that, siakam would look good with chet shai or detroit if they're competitive and would like to get up. Masai is giving this core a try with the new coaching etc if it dont work there's no point of extending him but to move on and take another direction. Going a bit young maybe..

  11. As a Blazer fan before the trade I was praying we traded Dame for OG and picks but in retrospect glad we didn’t we got much more back

  12. Maybe there's a hidden poor man's Kawhi somewhere in OG, but I just don't see it. He's been stagnant for 3 seasons, he's 25, he's just not that dude imho

  13. Their new plan is the same as the old plan aka no plan.

Masai is just milking the organization for all its worth after he won with Kawhi. The only way they'll ever see any success is if they fire Masai and bring in someone thats hungry and actually has a plan.

  14. Toronto is 1000 percent still hurt from that kawhi deal, yeah the won a ring but the guy immediately left. Now they’ll hold on to their home grown assets forever unless Jesus becomes available or something

  15. Need more people to talk about just how piss poor Toronto’s management has been post-championship.

  16. At this point they have to finally make a decision on what they want to be. An all in team trying to win it all or a team trying to develop. This coming season should give us an answer or prove that they don’t know what they’re doing.

  17. I don't think that keeping OG out of the package was a smart idea. It feels like Toronto is stuck. Just good enough to compete but not good enough to get a top-five draft pick. It's a rinse-and-repeat cycle, over and over.
