hey ! Possible to remove the match results from the thumbnail? I'm a French Rockets fan and I watch the replays😅
Jalen defense was really bad last night
Sup sup let’s goooo!
🤘🏾🚀🤘🏾🚀CSG’$ we all we got🤘🏾🚀🤘🏾🚀
I'm here for the random Silas strays 🤣😂
Elite analysis Frank! Beyond the Stats! Ime is already changing the culture & beginning to install his offensive & defensive systems. Kids just need time & PATIENCE!
Was there at the game. My observations are… YES, a much better team, but finishing around the rim and free throw shooting were concerning to me. Also, I was really ticked off at the refs for that Dillon situation.
In person, Jalen looking so fast. Unguardable
Dillon Brooks is over the top. I love for players to play hard but playing dirty is totally different. Unacceptable, we need toughness but not "that"!
They looked like a cohesive unit for the first time last night even with the hiccups, the missed shots, and adjustments i saw what i needed to see. I thought that our team defense looked phenomenal add experience and rim protector and its a rap for years to come. Great analysis per usual 👏. Its gonna be a solid year 30-40 wins.
I like Sengun out the paint for wide open cuts. Also I like our defense
Best part of the game had to be the amoeba defense that we played no matter who was on the court, the switching and the intensity was crazy and Alpi definitely fit in. Theres a sequence where Alpi picks up a guy off the screen at the top of the three point line and he jumps him so fast and high the with quickness and intensity on the perimeter it made me proud. I know he wont be able to do that with everybody, but it was still great to see and he looked solid in that situation.
🤘🏾🚀
I don’t think Jock is as bad as u think, he had a very good run with phoenix in the playoffs, I think he’s more than competent to play the backup
WHAT I LIKE IT IN THE GAME WAS DEFENSE WAS VERY GOOD I ALWAYS WANTED UDOKA IN ROCKETS NOW IS HERE LETSSS GOOO ROCKETS
I'm guessing Jeff Green sees more backup 5 minutes as the season goes on. Feel like Jock is the guy to soak up early season minutes.
"simple play but watching this i damn near shed a tear" I FELT THAT 😭😭😭
I hope that Jabari & Al-P can both avg. At least 15 & 5
We need a back up athletic big fa sure. I would of loved Jackson Hayes . Maybe we can bring in Noel for a workout
I liked a lot more than I disliked, and after the past 3 years that is a blessing ha ha!
Liked:
– Guys trying on defense. I think we know if you don't play defense, you're not going to play with Ime here.
– Actually looking like they're running plays on offense and switching on defense. Rarely happened under Silas.
– Cam freaking Whitmore. How the hell are people going to watch him and think medicals were an issue? He's electric.
Did not like:
– Hopefully Ime has them practicing free throws and layups. So many missed easy shots/layups and free throws
– Still jacking up way too many contested 3's, but I think that is just the game now.
Overall, it was the first time I've watched a complete preseason game in awhile and I was engaged the whole time. Things are definitely looking up. I think the turnaround happens a lot quicker than many think. I believe Silas cost us at least 8-10 winnable games last year with bad (or lack of) coaching. Having just a competent NBA coach that players want to play for is going to make a huge difference. Not sure if they make a playoff run this year but I could see them being "in the hunt" in April and May.
Thanks for the vid!
Just enjoy the game, Frank will get you the details
