On a serious note, hope this leads him down a path to get whatever help he needs.

It’s a sign of what could’ve been. It makes me sad to think that he may very well look back on these few weeks with regret, knowing that *this* was his chance to really live out a dream.
Hopefully he gets help soon and can still have an NBA career. I won’t be bitter to see him thrive elsewhere if it means he’s gotten better.
