There’re only 2 teams in the league considered as ‘stuck-in-the-middle’ tier. We’ve got protected FRPs from both of them. How likely for us to get those picks as early as first year(s) ? (2024 for Toronto & 2025 for Chicago)

I think the 2024 raptors pick is pretty safe for us. They are not that bad to end up with a top6 pick (unless they get very lucky in the lottery). I expect that pick to end up in the 10-20 range
The Chicago pick is a question mark for now. A lot can happen in two years in Chicago
It’s too early. But this is another reason why protected picks are trash.
