It’s a shame the Heat could not make any significant trades in the offseason and that is blinding people. Why we harp on Tyler Hero defense. His defense is just as good as Steph’s, Dame, Ice Tray and you guys say nothing about it.
Finally someone acknoledged what maxey is about to do. Its crazy how blind the nba fans are to the sixers due to how many sixers harers there are.

If Miami stays healthy right they will finish top 4 in east easy. Miami has to great of team chemistry with their core players, Butler, Bam, Duncan, Herro, Lowry, Martin, Love. Have a winning culture, Riley, Coach Spoelstra. Herro gonna take another offense jump. Will average 23-24ppg this year. Miami again like the last 4 years will be a problem no one wants in the playoffs.
The Heat didn’t take a step back. The bucks just took a HUGE step forward. The C’s we’ll see how those moves look. I’m not as sold on them.
In nurses movement system it seems like maxey is likely to make the all star team with harden too. His shooting ability and speed make him a great fit for it, and he targeted playmaking this summer, meaning he likely did 3 a days with lots of it like he did with shooting.
hawks won't make the playoffs
I think the heat have a deeper line up this year than last year because they got the better back up C on Thomas Bryant w/c is better than Dedmon and Seller,,,
Then the addition of Josh Rich would be greater than Strus i think as well as Cole Swider is better upgrade for Duncan Robinson,,,
And i will say,,,thank God the heat did'nt get Lilliard or Holiday because they rather keep JJJ and Jovic! w/c is great!! 🔥

The heat were not a fluke. They were an indictment on the deficiencies of their eastern opponents and the spectacle style of play that dominates the NBA right now. That was the function of what they pulled off. They were the ghost in the machine

Chris fedor is not a great reporter for the cavs. He is actually pretty bad
Tyler was improved on defense. Hes a much better defender than dunc
Miami arent making the playoffs. They had a crazy run last season and made it to the finals. A series of home run moments. Butler is great but can't be the number 1 on a championship team. Even with Dame they weren't winning. Almost all chips are driven by a top 5 player.
😏 the media's narrative on the Heat is shot out! They underrate the Heat EVERY YEAR. Do they have a learning disability? How many times does Miami have to eliminate the bucks and celtics to be considered a threat?
Miami also now has legit backup bigs in Thomas Bryant & Orlando Robinson.
Every year, it's the same. No one is picking Miami, but at the end of the year, when they're in the finals, no one is surprised.

Players that only play one side of the court are useless in the playoffs. No one can be both a bad defender or a bad shooter. You have to do both to win in the playoffs these days

I truly dont understand this love for Max Strus & Gabe Vincent, both of whom played well for a month during the playoffs. Look at their production during the regular season &then in the post season when the lights were the brightest; Game 4 ECF through the NBA Finals; Strus shot 22% from deep during that stretch &was even worse in the Finals shooting just 16% from downtown. Vincent shot 34% from Game 4 of the ECF through the NBA Finals, which was actually 1% higher than his 3P% during the season. But crumbled shooting 26% from deep in the Finals
