[King] Payton Pritchard said the Celtics practices have involved “more of a group setting” this season. More group work rather than individual stuff like it was more often in the past. He seems to be a big fan of the new environment.

Group play wins ball games. We don’t have to rely on 55 points combined for the Jays anymore just to win.
Joe Mazzulla said he changed this because games are played 5-on-5, not 1-on-1. Sounds like he wanted to simulate more game like action at practices and foster teamwork and togetherness.

Seems like an obvious thing to do. Why would practices ever NOT be a group thing.
not sure what this means contextually unless they primarily ran scrimmages in the past + individual workouts. This would make sense because that was all the footage I saw coming the team. I figured they did more team work when the video was off.
