Certainly understand trying to keep a positive twist on preseason games. However I also think accountability to professional athletes making millions of bucks you should see positive feedback from most of your players. I don't see much offensive schemas to free up players that can't create their own shots. Williams one of our big 3, only makes 4 three pt shots in 2 games and I didn't see the so called lock down defender. OMAX, dude, basketball into the hoop, if not lock down Def got to be much better if you want time. I think Lively can be part of the interior solution but this year he's not the man, he and Powell as our center we will get dominated same as last year. Green in 20 mins we need at least 10 points. Luka needs help and I haven't seen it yet. But this is pre season stay positive but player better and coach better.
Too early to judge, but I will judge anyway. This Mavericks team is not a Title Contender, they need a better third option, a really good center would be perfect for the Mavericks. Defensively, I think the Mavs is a possible 6 out of 10, which means it's good but not very good, maybe I'm wrong.
