Chet has had more time to develop in NBA circles (being on the bench all season, etc) than Wemby so he has a bit of an advantage there.
But at the end of the day depends on what you consider better, Wemb will have complete freedom on a bad team which in return he will average better stats & Chet two way impact is complementary player will be crucial for OKc’s roster that’s trying to compete.
