The Brooklyn Nets are waiving forward Darius Bazley, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Bazley averaged 5.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 42.9 percent 3-point shooting in preseason and is now expected to receive interest as a free agent.

Correct decision imo, Giles and Watford (the two NGTD guys) outperformed Bazely for that 15th spot.

I think he’s a young player who needs to learn to just understand his role and stick to it

There were so many instances of him just trying to do too much off the bounce and making a terrible decision. I think he could help a team if he just shoots 3s, plays defense, and makes simple passes

His numbers without context makes him look way better than he actually was.

Not a surprise. His bbiq is kinda sus, really good motor but he acts first before thinking

Also: big congrats to Harry Giles. Such a long journey. I hope he has a productive year with the team

He’s an athlete not a basketball player. He made the NBA on athletic talent. Never acquired the mind or skills.
