He knew lebron could handle being the one because he was around him, didn't have anything going for himself came to a conclusion that Lebron doesn't have any yes men all because rich worked for his dad as a kid? This man is the biggest con artist in sports. Rich is not a real agent, leveraged all his clients based on his relationship with lebron. All his initial clients were brons teammates and if you look into it alot of shady deals. Such as early. deals for players with the Lakers only for lebron to come there later. CON ARTIST!!

The reason people arent satisfied with Rich Paul's answers are because he isnt primarily talking about Lebron or the business, but it's clear that the whole point of his press run is to promote his book which ALSO does NOT focus on Lebron and the business.
