  3. Kind of funny to see that the most “down years” of the Celtics recently has been when we didn’t have Al on the roster. Granted, that 2021 season was probably one of the strangest seasons in Celtics history, but Al brings a lot to this team. Definitely one of the most likable dudes in the nba, and having a veteran who contributes that much during the actual game is pretty rare in today’s league. Many veterans have gotten sifted out in recent years by teams trying to go for young star talent.

    You need dudes like Al on your team, and Im glad we recognized our mistake and traded for him back a couple years ago lmao
