I've told Jalen this and I've said it since we drafted him, but to me he's Ben Simmons with a Jumper. He's also Lebron-Lite. I'm so happy he now has a coach that encourages him bringing the ball up the floor and playmaking. Honestly Onyka and Clint need to do more as well. They may not be on a Giannis level but there's no reason our two centers can't create off the bounce like a Bam Adebayo. Just that simple change adds so much versatility to an offense. It puts a ton of pressure on the rim(gets you in the bonus quicker) and gives the opposing defense something else to account for. Both are more than capable doing that and knocking down free-throws. It's a no-Brainer to me.
How will Trae’s passing be affected by him playing more off-ball?
Trae been playing 1 vs 5 offense the past five years. It being easier on offense for him will be great.
Dude I have see you everywhere hyping up JJ. Are you an uncle or something?
I hope bruno gets to play. He trys to dunk every thing and he can get a lot of blocks.
I hope Quin starts Jalen at the 4.
To Tyler's point, I noticed that Jalen seems to be more comfortable playing next to Trae and DJ, than other players, where he has to know what to do "himself"… vs playing with guys that orchestrate the offense.
