It's hard to say if anyone is at fault, since Steven Adams' injury was listed as a sprained ligament in his knee. Generally, you would think rehab would be enough to fix the problem.
Compare that to a meniscus tear, which more often than not, DOES need surgery to repair. The doctor would be able to tell you based on the MRI, anyway.
After Lonzo Ball, we all are second guessing knee injuries, at this point. 🤷🏻♂️
